If you are unhappy with the product you have ordered, you can return the product for a refund.
If we have accidentally shipped the incorrect product to you a full refund, including shipping costs, will be made.
Only complete and unused products will be refunded. Please return the complete product in it’s original packaging.
Of course you can test the product first, but products with clear signs of usage will not be refunded.
Returning your product for a refund
- Step 1: Please contact us and state your order number with the intent to return the goods for a refund.
- Step 2: A member of customer service will supply you with a return number and all other details.
- Step 3a: After we have received your return a refund will be made within 5 days.
- Step 3b: If we have shipped out the wrong product a full refund of all shipping cost will be made and the correct product will be shipped for free.
- Step 3c: If a product is not complete or has clear signs of damage a refund will not be made.
Conditions and terms
- The full price of the product you return will be refunded.
- Shipping cost, to or from you, will not be refunded unless we have shipped the wrong item to you.
- When returning items, please make sure they are unused, complete and properly packaged.
- A refund will only be made if a claim is made within 21 days after shipping and the product is returned within 30 days.
- In case of shipping errors/damage, a refund will only be made if a claim is made within 7 days after shipping and the product is returned within 14 days.
- We reserve the right to exclude customers from a refund if fraud is suspected.
